Tamed Hair Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Tamed team members, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

We are in accordance with all the CDC protocol. Clients not feeling well please stay home and reschedule. Please keep in mind appointment time will require extra minutes to clean and disinfect areas with all contact. If you have any questions you may call Brielle at 610 356 9844.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 48 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 24 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 24hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Tamed team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Tamed Hair policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Salon Services Complete Satisfaction Guarantee
Tamed is a team environment, and our customer satisfaction is our utmost importance. We want to ensure when you walked out our door happy – it will stay that way. If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, or just simply needed a quick fix, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services adjusted.
-Clients are welcome to come in with their original stylist or we can recommend another stylist for them for the redo.
-When returning for a redo service, please contact the salon within 1 weeks of original appointment date.
-Please note that the redo guarantee does not apply if the client decides to completely change the original look given from their last visit 2 weeks ago.
Tamed Hair leads the industry by providing the most advanced product lines available. However, if you are ever dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you may bring back your product for an exchange, or store credit within 5 days of purchase date.
-Products may be returned within 5 days with proof of purchase as required by Tamed Hair Salon in order for any exchanges and/or Store Credit to be given.
-No returns on brushes, flat irons, blow-dryers, or any appliances sale is final. Please note each tool comes with factory warranty upon purchase.
